Establishing Ethics & Compliance Programs;

Ethics, Governance and Corporate Compliance programs consist of policies and procedures backed by a strong top level commitment geared towards preventing; detecting and responding to wrongdoings by an organizations stakeholders including (staff, agents, clients, suppliers/vendors and even regulators); promoting ethical conduct and enhancing an organizational culture for integrity and law abidance.


•    Conducting Ethics & Compliance risk assessments
A sound starting point for any effective programme is a meaningful review of an organisations business, the inherent risks involved in its line of business as well as the likelihood and the potential impact of illegal and or unethical conduct. This review would address the causes of such risk and help develop a profile upon which the program or initiative is based.
