Standard Operational Procedure:
01Client Institutions and organisations wishing to benefit from the Tubman Goldie LLC hotline services can access our services under the guidance of a contractual agreement.
02Tubman Goldie LLC makes available a bouquet of Communication channels for all stakeholders of the relevant institution or organisation to report incidents or perceived incidents in good faith.
03The Whistleblower, who may be an internal or external stakeholder of the desiring organisation or institution, then reports incidents of perceived misconduct, fraud, abuse etc through one or a combination of more than one of the availed communication channels.
04Tubman Goldie distils the received reports and forwards the substance to the relevant organisation or institution while protecting the identity of the incident reporter.
05The Organisation or institution provides a feed back to Tubman Goldie LLC on the progress made on report as regards investigations and preventive activities and thus indirectly providing a response to the incident reporter.
06Tubman Goldie provides a feed back to the reporter regarding all aspects of the reports including the progress of the report and feedback from the relevant institution.
